The new Justin Bieber movie came out so I, along with a friend of mine, took our girls and their friends to watch the movie. I was dreading it at first, but it was a pretty cute movie. Plus the girls had a Blast!!!!! It was cute to see them go CRAZY over JB!!! When we were leaving the girls kept feeling each others foreheads and saying..."Yup, we got Beiber fever!!! Too funny! Gotta love 8 year old Bieber Fans!!!!

Nico celebrated his bday with his friends from school. It's so funny how he does and doesn't like being the center of attention. His teacher kept asking him if he wanted a crown and be king for the day. Nico said, "no i'm good." then later changed his mind. His little cheeks turned red when they sang Happy Birthday to him. Then afterwards whispered in my ear,"mom that was kind-of cool!" My crazy 5 year old son!!! Ohhhhhhh how I adore this kid!!!!

K I can't believe that my sweet boy is 5! Nico keeps saying "I'm 5 that means I'm a big boy now!!!" Then he continued to inform me that he can't be my baby boy anymore. He'll always be my baby boy though. He had a pretty great birthday this year. He had his birthday party that was for BOYS ONLY! Then he had a family birthday dinner with his cousins later that day. His favorite dinner with cake and ice cream on his actual birthday with us. Then he had cupcakes with his friends at school the next day! Spoiled kid. Of course we ended his party with our traditional making a wish and letting go of the balloons. He later asked if when he's old, old like when he's 30 if I'm still going to buy them balloons to let go of on their bday!!! I said of course I am! He smiled and wrapped his arms around me and said cool!!!!

On July 31st 2010, our baby girl was baptized!!! It was the most beautiful and spiritual day that our family has ever experienced! It was such a nice reminder of the promises we have made with our heavenly father. It was a nice reminder of what it means to be Christ like. It was a nice reminder of how blessed I am to have the gift of the holy ghost. And now my sweet girl has received these same blessings. Almost 5 years ago when we were trying to decide what church was best for our family, we knew this journey was going to be a tough one. At times I felt like giving up and giving in.It wasn't until I watched my handsome husband baptize our first born that I realized once again that we made the right decision. For me, for Rene, and for our children. Wow...what it must feel like to hold the priesthood. I'm so grateful for husband and for the priesthood that he holds for our family. I'm grateful for the sweet testimony that Adriana has. It shines brighter than anyone I've ever met. She was so happy and proud of the choice that she had made. Ohhhhhhh...i could go on and on forever. I still feel like I'm still on this spiritual high!!! I'm proud to be her mother and i'm proud of all that she has done and all that she will continue to do!

It's great to be 33...especially since i thought i was turning 34!!! My dear sweet friend Lisa planned a whole night of fun for my birthday, which by the way included an amazing cake!!! We stayed at the Golden Nugget and had a blast. We walked Freemont St. ate .99 cent shrimp cocktails (well, now they are 1.99 but still good) hung out by the pool and stayed up eating junk food and talking all night!!! I felt completely loved and spoiled!!!!! I adore my friends and am so thankful for them!!!!

July has ALWAYS been a busy month around here!!! This year was a little one different though!!! This birthday was extra special for Adriana. She decided she wanted a Pinkalious Pool Party!!! Soooooo much fun!!! My kiddos have become little fishes this year. Adriana learned how to swim in the deep end and how to dive off the diving board. So it was a perfect way to celebrate her 8th birthday!!! We had our closest friends and our family there, tons of food (tons of pink food too) and her Pito, Uncle Ferni, and her daddy all got in the pool and made it extra fun!!! And of course we ended it with our traditional releasing of the balloons and she made her wish for the year! It's definitely GREAT TO BE 8!!!!!

This year by far was the worst year. Somehow we all managed to survive it. Breaking her arm on the 2nd day of school. Dealing with 23 absence for the year. That's right 23!!! Between her broken arm and getting strep throat 3 times this year it was tough trying to keep her on track with her work and her grades. She did it though. A B Honor Roll for the whole year! woot woot!! But the worst part of this year was watching her get bullied everyday for a couple of months. There is nothing worse than watching your children in pain. She came out of it with such amazing strength and courage. Her self-esteem and her confidence truly shinned when it was all said and done!!! What a strong little girl I have!!! So now this year is done and we have next year to look forward to. 3rd grade here we come!!!

Our ward has a bar-b-que every year, and each year, it is a blast!!! There are games, prizes, great food, and wonderful friends. Can't get better than that. Nico and Ana had so much fun running around EVERYWHERE. Here's a picture of Adriana and her best friends. I don't know why my pictures keep turning on me, but here it is. I love how close they are to each other and hope that they continue to be friends!

Adriana took a few dance classes when she was much younger and didn't like it much. Well this past session she decided that she wanted to try dance again! I'm so glad that she took this ballet class, she did amazing!!!! She looked like a princess when she danced and felt like one too. What little girl doesn't want to feel like a princess?!?! Next session is tap and ballet!!! I can't wait!!!

Nico can't get enough of his gym class. I'm so glad he's that he's at an age where, both him and I, can enjoy these classes more! The only hard part is trying to figure out what class he's going to do next!!!

WOW...WHAT A YEAR!!! I decided to do a home school preschool for Nico's first preschool year. Between four of us we took turns teaching the boys. Let me just tell ya...boys are SOOOOOOO different from girls. I think I've always known this, since Nico's been born, but it wasn't until this year that I truly realized just how different. All in all though, it was a great experience. I loved being with my son and watching him learn and growing while doing it! Graduation was so much fun. We played water games, decorated hats, ate pizza, sang songs, and got our diplomas! Nico says he's ready to go to college now!!! It's a good thing that his next school is called Kiddie Kollege!!!

It's seems like just yesterday i was walking the halls of church, 8 months pregnant with Nico, a new member, and full of hopes and dreams for my little man! Now here we are 4 years later, and his first day of primary! I'm still walking around with the same hopes and dreams. It was so wonderful to seem him in his shirt and tie. That's my little man. For weeks he's been thrilled about going into primary. In the beginning he was a bit nervous, so i stayed with him awhile. Ten min. into it he turned to look at me and said " Mommy it's okay if you leave, I'll be okay." I wanted to burst into tears! My little boy is growing up! After church was done he couldn't stop talking about Primary and his new teacher! All day long he sang "Jesus wants me for a sunbeam." My sweet little boy. Now lets just hope he stays that sweet for his teachers all year!

Lately I've been a bit down, so i took the day off to regroup and bounce back to life. While i was doing that i looked at my family and was reminded about my purpose in life. THE WORST 2ND DAY OF SCHOOL EVER!!!!

on the second day of school, i received a call from adriana's school. it sent chills throughout my whole body. no mother wants to hear, "mrs. saenz....(which seemed to be the longest pause EVER) there was accident with your daughter, and we think she broke her arm!" i don't even remember hanging up or saying good bye. i just grabbed the keys and off we went. my sweet little girl broke her arm while playing on the monkey bars!!! my sweet little monkey girl!!! when i got to the school, the nurse and i tried to get her up so that we could secure her arm, she turned to adriana and said "you know sweetie, it's okay to cry if you need to." she hadn't shed a tear. she must have gone into shock, or adrenaline must of been pretty high! 10 hours later, x-rays, an ambulance ride, and a surgery later....she ended up with 2 pins in her wrist, and 4 in her elbow, and still very little tears. the girl is tough!!!!! the bravest person i've ever known. the doctor told us that it was a rare break and had only seen 4 ever! he fixed my baby girl up and off we were to recovery!!! what a great show and tell story huh?!?! the only wonderful thing about this whole day was the sweetest little testimony that adriana shared with us. she asked her daddy for a blessing, that was so sweet and precious, and then turned to me afterwards and said..."mommy, do you know why i've been so brave? because my heavenly father is with me." to hear my little girl have so much faith was one of the greatest joy i've experience! wow, what a precious little angel we have!!!

when i walked into the room one morning i saw nico playing with his toy top. i instantly thought..."this is what life is all about." i loved the feeling i got when i saw him, and it's still the feeling i feel as i look at these pictures again. there's something about my little boy, still dressed in his pj's with the cartoons blaring in the background, playing with his toy, that just brought joy to my heart. i wanted to capture this moment and feel this joy more often the usual. with all the drama that's been going on lately...this right here, is a wonderful reminder that life is good, and the rest of the in betweens will eventually go away!!!!!

today is Mother's Day and it was rough!!!!!!!! after a very LONG and tough week, i was looking forward to this mother's day alone with my little family. the morning started out late(b/c i was too tired to get out of bed)i was running around trying to get the kids ready, myself ready, snacks packed, church bag packed, and breakfast served. we head out the door and off to church. now for the last 3 months that i've been going to church without rene have been pretty smooth. NOT TODAY!!!!!! i had to take nico out three times and my buttons were completely pushed!!!!!! we get home, to a not so clean house, had to get lunch going and then it happened...i threw my back out. i lay in bed for a while and in comes nico, along with a temp. of 101!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!!! not for nothing though....i couldn't be happier!!!!!!!!!!! isn't this what motherhood is all about. there is a reason women are made to be mothers and not men. as i was laying in bed with my little guy, he reached for my hand and said "mom, i need you." then as i held him in my arms he looked up at me, with those sweet, big, brown, eyes and said "mom, i love you so much." i also realized how much i admire all those singles moms out there, and all those moms who's husbands are on the bishopric or have a calling in the stake, and manage to make it to church with their children every week. i am truly blessed to have such amazing women in my life. these women who i am proud to call my friends. they have been shinning examples to me. i am more than blessed to have my wonderful husband and my beautiful babies.ohhhhhhhh how much i love my babies!!!!!! now all i need to make this day better is a nice BIG piece of cheesecake!!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all you WONDERFUL women!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we went to the dentist a couple of weeks ago to get nico's fillings done. he was such a big boy and did amazing. he didn't fuss once. i seriously thought he was going to freak out when they brought out the laughing gas, but nope, he didn't. according to him, he was one of Santa's reindeer's, and was helping him deliver all of the presents. too funny. gotta love this kid!!!!!!

I'm a bit late with this post, as usual. April 21st was our 8 year anniversary! WOW what a year! I could sit here and go on and on about how much i love this man, but instead i'll just share some fun facts about us.
1. We met on Nov. 20th 1998
2. Rene proposed to me on Nov. 20th 2000 at the Mount Charleston Lodge. It was one of the most romantic nights ever!
3. Our paths have crossed since we were 8 years old.
4. His eyes were the very first thing that drew me in. After gazing into those beautiful blue eyes, i was hooked.
5. My eyes WERE NOT the first thing that drew rene in. Lets just say he noticed it as i was walking away. hehehehe!
6. I wanted a wedding on the beach somewhere. very small very private. He wanted the typical catholic,mexican wedding with about 500 of our closes family and friends.( We had to cut our list to 250. )
7. We will be renewing our vows on a beach somewhere for our 10 year anniversary.
8. We broke up for about 2 hours when we first started dating. (it was the longest 2 hours ever) =0)
9. Our favorite dates are when we are sitting at home dreaming about the day we go to Italy.
10. Our first dinner as husband and wife was at McDonlds on our way to our hotel!
11. I asked rene to come up with a fun fact....and still can't come up with one. ummmmmm....
12. Once a week rene cooks dinner. He makes a mean $5.00 pizza from Caesar's.
13. Rene is hoping for twins or triplets for our next pregnancy. He read somewhere that a woman has to eat yams to increase her chances of multiple births. I hate yams and think he's nuts!!!!
14. I am so in love with Rene and he thinks i'm pretty cool!
15. Rene still can't come up with something. ummmm.......

i love to go garage sale shopping!!!! i haven't gone in such a long while though. well....this is what i found. the day before nico came to us and asked us if we could buy him a tv. it was actually quite shocking to us b/c he never really asks for things. the very first yard sale i went to i found the tv. soooooooo... i got it! nico was MORE than thrilled. for 15.00...i was MORE than thrilled!!!!! all together i bought everything for $30.00!!!!! now i gotta find a place to put it all. =0)

My sweet, sweet, baby girl! Today i laid in bed all day because i was sick, and while i was sick, my sweet little girl took such good care of me. she made sure i always had water to drink, she sat in my bed and we colored and talked about "girl stuff. she picked up the living and family room, kept her brother well entertained. she never complained, not once, when i would ask her to do something. and when the day ended, she said a sweet and kind prayer and asked heavenly father to take care and heal me. such a tender heart so full of love! i am truly blessed to have her in my life! i love you baby girl.

our disney family trip

ALL NATURAL! pretty huh!
this was our wonderful trip to disneyland. thanks to my parents and my sister we were able to take this trip. i really didn't know what to expect on this trip, with 13 of us, but it ended up being better than i thought. i just wanted my parents to experience disney with my kids. during the parade my darling son blew a kiss to one of the princess, and she blew a kiss back. brought tears and laughter to us all. what a charmer. it's moments like that i was i hoping for and we sure did plenty of them. i honestly don't know if i'm ready for another family trip like this any time soon, but we sure are glad and thankful to our family for this one!

a lot has been on my mind lately, so i thought i'd share. i promise to make this one short. after tons of prayers, blessings, temple trips, and tons of pondering... we have decided to try once more for another baby. we have gone back and forth with this decision (i should say i have gone back and forth with this decision) and realized that the only thing that was stopping us was fear not faith. in the past year since both my miscarriages, i have realized that i have become an emotional eater:) i am determined to lose this weight and have 3 months before rene's new insurance kicks in to do so. SO.... if you see me with a cookie in one hand and a bag of chips in another, ( we all know how much i love my chips) yank them from my hands and run! FAST! it's been quite a year,but i'm ready to move on. so wish me luck and say a little prayer:)

the first day of school. again and again!

my poor baby girl! two weeks into the school year, we got a call from the school letting us know that they had to cut down on classes and that adriana was going to be moving into another class and a different track. so she moved into this new class two days later and this track was going on track break the next week. keep in mind that she started school 3 weeks after school started (because of the track that she was on.) to make a VERY long story short, i decided to keep her in school for the time that her NEW track was on break, and then move her back into her permanent class when they came back. my little girl in her 6 years of life had a lot of adjusting to do in these past 4 weeks. the first 2 week of this whole mess she was sad and lost. she wasn't making any friends and the kids were not very friendly. she is in her element when she's at school and she was hating it. it was very tough not to pull her out of school and let her stay home. i couldn't though. i couldn't let her take the easy way out. i kept her in school and talked to her teacher and together we were able to work something out. what a wonderful woman. not like the principle. that was part of the very long story. needless to say she is back in her regular class with her best friend and she LOVES her teacher. so do i.

i really enjoyed this fhe. since adriana was having such a tough week, b/c of all the changes at school, we decided to do our fhe on forgiveness and letting go of our anger. i spelled out the word forgiveness on separate sheets of paper. we made them as colorful and cheerful as possible, and on the back we wrote two names of people we had been mad at that we would like to forgive. then we took a few heavy objects and taped the words anger, resentment, revenge, hurt, and hate. we put them all in a bag and made the kids carry it around. one by one we took each one of them out and reminded the kids (and ourselves) how much easier it is to walk around without carrying all these feelings.

this was the night of our trunk or treat. 20 mins before leaving we tried to get nico ready for the night. well... it didn't go very well. he was suppose to be a pirate.( which by the way i was super excited about) he yelled and screamed and refused to put the costume on. we finally got it on and then he pooped. we took it off again and put it back on. then it happened. my sweet little boy was so angry that he had to wear the costume that he tore the costume right off of him. i wish i had pictures, but by this point i was in NO mood to be taking pictures! 2 mins before leaving we put BOB on and he was in heaven. aaawww boys. my sweet little girl on the other had wanted to be a good witch and didn't want to paint her face green. instead she wanted to wear make-up. i think it was an excuse to wear make-up. sneaky little creatures.

before you read this, you need to read the post below.

i woke this morning laughing at myself for what happened yesterday. i thought to myself...there had to have been a reason for yesterday's experience, there had to have been a lesson that needed to be learned. sooooo i said a prayer and read my scriptures and after i was done it all came to me. i had the most perfect opportunity to teach my children SO much yesterday. i could have taught them about the creation of the world that God has given us. i could have talked to them about the changing of the seasons and collected things along the way and made a craft out of them. i could have taught them about the laws of the land. i could have taught them about the trials and the scarifies that the pioneers went through.(since i thought so much about that yesterday) i could have taught them more about the listening to the promptings of the spirit( i did a horrible job at that yesterday) i could have taught them about having faith and the importance of our relationship with our heavenly father and Christ. i could have played with them at the park and sang songs along the way. i could have taught them about the importance of always being prepared for any type of situations.(which by the way will be our next family home evening lesson) i could have taught them about how important it is for us to do gods work through service. i could have taught them about forgiveness because i was carrying around a lot of anger yesterday and because of it i missed out on this wonderful opportunity. you getting the point of all this. in my defense all that was on my mind of keeping my children safe. getting them food and water. i was mad at the fact that i didn't have a cell because we can't afford one. i was mad at myself for not having a high tech. garage opener that i could have just punch in a code and were home free. i started thinking about all the things that we don't have that i wished we did. but i'm realized today that those things don't matter and shouldn't matter to me. (expect for the cell) what matters is our time that we spend with our children and how we use that time to do the one thing that were put here on earth to do. TEACH THEM! every moment is precious, so use every chance you get. enjoy them. love them. protect them. and have fun with them. nothing else matters. in president monson's talk durning conference he talked about those little fingers prints all over the nicely cleaned furniture, the scatter toys throughout the house, the pile of laundry that's hasn't been done. those things don't matter, because one day it will all too soo vanish. instead put off your house work, skip the dirty clothes, skip playgroup and instead have a mommy and me playgroup. who cares about the spilled milk and the muddy footprints. all our children want from us is US. so be a friend and a teacher and have fun!!!!! wish i could say more but were out the door for disneyland!!!!!!!!!! see ya:)

super bad day( this one's a long one)

so the morning started out hectic, (as usual) and then turned bad. adriana woke up coughing like crazy this morning. i of course freak out b/c our kids are prone to croup, our insurance runs out on friday, and we are leaving for disneyland on thursday. so i scheduled an appointment for adriana at 12 i had to take my friends daughter to school at 11:30 and i was running late. well my friends daughter was sick and i had to give her meds. as i was walking (or should i say running out the door with the door shutting behind me) i remembered that i had to give them to her and that's when it happened. i left my keys inside. it went down hill from there. keep in mind that i'm leaving for disneyland tomorrow. i haven't done my laundry or packing, i have to clean my house, and i still have to go to walmart. so we start walking. i decided to go to sarah's(irvin) house. she wasn't home. we walk to school. i call everyone's # that i can possibly think of,(don't have a cell) but nobody's home. so i start walking again. stopped by sarahs house again.... still not home. walked to the park let the kids play for just a bit. left b/c a little girl was coughing up her lungs. (remember i'm freaking out over infected people) we walk back home. hung out in back yard for 40 OF THE MOST LONGEST MINITUES OF MY LIFE. fell asleep for about 5 mins. and suddenly woke up b/c the spirit told me to try the window one more time. i don't know how but my strength came over me and that window opened up. walked into my house at 2:55, husband got home at 3:20 and off i was to start my day at 3:30. had an eye appt. at 4:00 (on the other side of town) had to pick up car from sis-in law (for our trip) went to go pick up minnie costume from b/f house, went to mom's house to pick up cell, went to walmart, was home by 9:00, and started laundry. what a day! let me just tell you though walking around on my own, with my two beautiful children with no food or water in their belly's, totally made me think about the pioneers. how grateful i'm feeling right now. not only for their sacrifices, but for the amazing life i live. for the gospel in our lives, for the priesthood that rene holds, for those blessings that he gave us when we got home. for the example that Christ gives me each and everyday. for the family that i love, and for the amazing friends that i have in my life. so it's safe to say that i will be home ALL day tomorrow getting things done before we take off to the happiest place on earth. (picutres of this wonderful day will posted on a different day)

for the past, almost 3 years, this wonderful person has been my visiting teaching companion, my sister, and my closest friend. her spirit shines brighter than anyone i've ever known. her testimony has strenghten mine, and her love and compassion for others is something i have admired from the first time i met her. during one of my weakest moments in life she helped me find something i thought i'd lost. HOPE! i love her for the beauty that she holds and for that spunk that has kept me on my toes! thanks for all the laughs and for the smiles that have lifted me up. i love ya!!!!!!

i was in the kitchen cooking dinner and my kids were just laughing and having a good ol' time. so i peeked around the corner and found them up to no good. they were on my ottoman and jumping from there to the couch. although i wasn't very happy with this, i loved how they were holding hands when they jumped. i also love how after i caught them they just stood there(still holding hands) with such a guilty look on their faces.

time out for women

maribeth and i went to Time Out for Women this past weekend. friday nite we only stayed for about an hour. then headed off for sushi. sooooooooo goooooood. then came saturday. i have to say that i really did not want to go. i didn't want to leave my family for the whole day. what's wrong with me? i seriously think i have separation issues. anyways... when maribeth came to pick me up she was feeling the same way. until we got there. WOW what an amazing day. i've never been to a time out for women before. i absolutely loved it!!!!!! it couldn't have come at a more perfect time for me. i was on a spiritual high for the rest of the day. still am! i was once again reminded that I AM a child of god and that is SO precious to me. i LOVE being a wife, i LOVE being a mother, and i LOVE being a daughter of god! so i have made it a goal to find JOY and HAPPINESS in my everyday life. especially through the bad days. and there have been plenty of those. i just the love the comfort of knowing how much my heavenly father loves me and the example of Christ is more than enough to get me through it all. i can't wait for the womens broadcast today, and then general conference next week...man i think i'm gonna be on this spiritual high for a LONG while!

a couple of days before adriana went back to school, we did one more craft for the summer. i thought we'd decorate her notebook for school. she did a great job with it. i love these moments with her. once a week when nico went down for a nap it was time for crafts!!!! it's not so much the crafts i like, it's the time i spend talking with my daughter that makes these moments special.

it's official. my daughter is a blogger. all these pictures were her ideas. i can't begin to explain how excited she was to start school. does not get that from me that's for sure. she got track 1 this year, so she started school 3 weeks after everyone else did. she was more than ready to get back to class and start learning.

i can honestly say that i was dreading this day all summer. i know it sounds crazy... but i really didn't want my baby going back to school. all for selfish reasons of course. it has been me and her for the past 6 years. now some other woman was going to be spending more time with my baby than i was. (how dare she) i was nervous, and anxious, a little excited, and VERY over protected. i can handle being away from her 3 hours a day, but 6 hours....way too long. but....i know it's time for me to let go:( so i did.(i really didn't have a choice) i was okay until we got to "her dot". she put her bag down and took off to go play until the bell rang. rene turned to me and said "look at her, she just took off." and i said "just let her go." i realized that i had to let her go, so i did and i started to cry like a little baby. what a wimp. adriana on the other hand was more than ready to go. she could not wait till school started and was soooooo happy and excited. she felt at home. she was truly in her element. after rene gave her a blessing she later turned to me and said "okay mom i think i'm ready now." we are so blessed to have her in our lives. such a sweet, sweet child.

this kid cracks me up! he can sleep just about any where and with anything. every night he has to sleep with 3-4 blankets, his spider man dog, his race car, and his buzz light toy.(which i take away every night after he falls asleep.) in this picture he's sleeping with a bottle of lemonade. what's crazy is that we didn't even see him take the bottle in. crazy kid!

we bought this cool little chalk kit awhile ago and totally forgot about it. we all went outside after FHE and started drawing away. i think rene was more into it than the kids. who knew he could draw so well....i didn't. i love how he always comes down to their level and plays with them like he was one of their little buddies. such a cool dad!

for the last couple of years my father-in-law has taken adriana and isabel school shopping. (ALONE! brave man.) adriana was so excited for days leading up to this day. the second she came home she wanted to try everything on. so i heated up the curling iron put on a little lip gloss and we had a fashion show. I LOVE HAVING A LITTLE GIRL! she is dying to go back to school so that she could wear ALL her cute clothes. she's on track 1 and school doesn't start till monday, so she waited quite a while.

while we were on our trip we went on a lot of 3D rides and my kids LOVED them. well a couple of days ago we made these glasses for our craft day. they put them on turned on the tv and wondered why nothing was jumping out at them. it was the funniest thing. don't they look adorable though?!?!

i truly wasn't kidding when i said i had a lot of catching up to do. i had to post this one though. this was one of the last nights i spent with tara. it was alot of fun. it was hard trying to keep my eyes open, but thanks to sarah and kate i was well entertained talking all night. afterwards we went to eat an early breakfast at the suncoast. when i say early, i mean 1:00 in the morning early. man did carol make me laugh though. thanks to my "wonderful" sister darlene, my daughter has 3 build a bears and is loving every moment of it. she got her 1st bear for her 5th birthday and her 2nd one on her 6th birthday. which we got at disneyland and my camera ran out of batteries. (AGIAN) the 3rd bear my sister sent a "free stuff a bear" certificate and that's when she got this bear. the high school musical bear. thanks to my other "wonderful" sister these bears are hooked up a wardrobe and accessories. the bears have better clothes than i do. so i think it's safe to say that my daughter is a LITTLE spoiled.

i hated that our trip came to an end. i loved every single moment of our family trip. when we first started to save money for this trip, i felt so guilty about spending this money on our trip and not spending it towards our debt. then i started thinking about everything that our family had gone through in this past year and how much we needed to get out of vegas and enjoy ourselves, enjoy our family, and enjoy living. so worth it. the guilt went away the second i saw my babies smiles when we got to disneyland. so thanks to my parents for lending us their van, my sister for getting us the discount tickets, rene's friend for getting us an AMAZING discount on our rooms, and to rene for working all the extra overtime!

i love going to the beach. it's probably one of my favorite places to go. i would love to just make a trip of just the beach and nothing else but that. so knowing how much i love the beach you would think i would be a little more prepared to take more pictures. nope! my camera ran out of batteries and was only able to take a few pictures. still had a great time and enjoyed watching my kids and taking in the beauty of it all.
